These terms and conditions govern the use of our site www.ademsitudio.com and purchases of items through it.

ADEMI may change or remove any part of this website at any time without incurring any liability for such changes to customers. ADEMI reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without explicit notice to customers, and continued use of the website or submission of orders after such amendments shall be deemed to constitute acceptance of such amendments.

The contract between you as a customer and us is created after processing and sending your order.

When you, as a customer, submit an order through the Website, you are responsible for the following by submitting an order:

  1. You are not a minor or another person without the legal capacity to enter into contractual relationships.
  2. The personal data you provide to us during registration is complete and accurate.
  3. You do not use a false name or the name of another person or organization that you are not authorized to use.

Sending the order

By submitting an order, you agree to these terms and conditions, so it is important that you familiarize yourself with them before ordering.

Cancel an order

As customers, you can cancel your order within 14 days. In this case, we will return the money to the account from which it was originally paid.

Acceptance of the order

After sending the order, you will receive a confirmation of the content and price of the order to the e-mail provided during payment.

Delivery

As a buyer, you can choose any of the listed and relevant delivery options at any given time. The courier service is responsible for damages incurred during transportation and for damages incurred as a result of delays beyond its control.

Preparation of goods in stock for dispatch: 1-4 working days

Delivery to the Czech Republic: 2-4 working days

SK Delivery: 3-5 working days

Return conditions

ADEMI accepts returned items within 14 days of the date of collection if they have not been used, altered, cleaned or otherwise tampered with. All items must be returned in their original packaging. No items may be returned to ADEMI without the prior written consent of ADEMI, and returns are subject to a charge.

Return procedure: Email us at info@ademistudio.com with your order number and whether you would like to exchange the product for another one or prefer a refund. We will then send you the return address.

Responsibility

We endeavor to ensure that the information on this website is as accurate as possible, but we make no warranties, express or implied, as to its accuracy. At the same time, we are not responsible for any matters related to the use of this website. It is therefore solely your responsibility to protect your own equipment from viruses or other external factors. Your rights are protected by the Sale of Goods and Supply of Services Act, 1980 and, if you are a consumer, by the Consumer Protection Act ( Consumer Protection Act, 2007). Nothing on this page affects your rights under applicable law.

Separability

If any of these terms and conditions should for any reason be found to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, such term will be deemed severable from the other terms and conditions, which will remain in effect and continue to be enforceable. Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be found to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the other provisions.
